Benoît (Benoît Van Innis)

Benoît Van Innis studied at Saint-Lucas in Gent. He is an independent artist who draws for newspapers like De Morgen, De Volkskrant and The New Yorker. In France his drawings appear in Paris Match , Lire and Le Magazine Littéraire. He is the author of such albums as “Rire en Automne à Bruges”, “Le Musée Interdit”, Oncle Gilbert” and “Bravo!Bravo”. His realisation include wallpaintings for Olympic Swimmingpool Wezemberg, Antwerp, work on glass for new Concil-house in’s hertogenbosch, Brugge Cultural Capital of Europe 2002 (wallpaintings), Subwaystation Maalbeek, Brussel (wallpaintings on tiles). Etc.
